TWO‑STEP DECONTAMINATION PROCESS

Manufactured parts at Emdad Teb Pooya undergo a meticulous multi‑stage cleaning process using the best materials to ensure complete freedom from contamination.

Phase 1

• Objective: Eliminate residues from machining and surface treatments (carbon, aluminum, etc.).

• Procedure: Liquid solution washing.

Phase 2

• Objective: Remove pro‑inflammatory agents and other organic residues.

• Procedure: Gas‑based cleaning agents applied.

PACKAGING & STERILITY

Our packaging process follows strict international standards for sterilization and shelf‑life maintenance.

Each manufactured part, after rigorous quality control and decontamination, is packaged in hard‑shell packs.

All boxes are made from new, high‑quality materials, guaranteeing delivery to the customer in perfect condition and free of any defects.

Each product has two authenticity labels with a registration code that can be verified by legal authorities – one for the patient's file and one for the specialist surgeon.

Using the best packaging materials to prevent any impact, contamination, or damage.

Equipped with a seal sticker for customer assurance.

Components are protected inside the packaging with special foam to prevent any potential damage.
